- Is it per user or per company?
- Per company. £9.90 covers your business and everyone in it. We are not going to charge you twice for having an office manager.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe, as soon as you create your account. You are up and running in a couple of minutes and the first reminder can be set the same day.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your account goes read-only, not dark. You keep viewing and exporting every document and date you put in, permanently. Only the things that would mislead somebody else, like new share links and outgoing reminders, stop.
- Does TradeComply get me accredited?
- No, and we do not sell form-filling either. The schemes assess you; we make sure you never lose an accreditation you already paid for because a date slipped past. Our guides stay free and independent for the same reason.
- Is the annual plan just two months free?
- Yes. £99 against £118.80. Nothing is held back from the monthly plan to push you onto it.
